V8.1.010 released
I've just released version V8.1.010 of OghmaNano. Changes are: *3D plotting for 3D data in OpenGL. *Very simple morphology generator added *Morphology DB added. *Fixed fit issues, and cleaned up the fitting config interface. *Taken out the enabled flag in the DoS. *Started to unify the 2D and 1D new...

Re: Paper to reference?
Hi There, Thanks so much for thinking to cite the model. I really appreciate it. It means that I can demonstrate the model is being used, and use that to ask for more funding to help development. If you could cite these papers that would be great: 1)Loss mechanisms in high efficiency polymer solar c...

Re: Sending a bug
Hi,
Where did you read about the .gmat files? The new versions use csv files, so the correct file names are n.csv and alpha.csv. I expect there is some old documentation floating around.
Best,
Rod

Re: Ion Migration in perovsikite solar cell
Hi Mohamed, If you are running a JV simulation, try setting "Editors->JV-Edirot->configure->Output verbosity to disk" to Write everything to disk. I can't really do zoom calls due to time constraints. There will be an option like this in the time domain/fx domain editors as well. Best, Rod

Re: Sending a bug
Try downloading a new version. There was a new one released last week. If not please post the error message on here. Best, Rod

Re: Ion Migration in perovsikite solar cell
Hi There,
The snapshots delete ever time you rerun the simulation. To generate the snapshots, just rerun the simulation. Re mesh points: Look in the electrical mesh editor tool in the electrical tab.
Best,
Rod

Re: Modeling Reverse Bias Breakdown in PN junctions
Hi, So I've added 'Direct tunnelling' to the model now in version 8.1.009, it is described in section 9.9.1 of the manual. There is also an example under the New simulations->tunneling->Direct tunneling example. I've half added Fowler-Nordheim/Thermionic emission and Hopping conduction. But not fini...

Re: Modeling Reverse Bias Breakdown in PN junctions
I'm having a go at putting all the physical tunneling mechanisms in the table, into the model. Let's see how far I get... R

Re: Modeling Reverse Bias Breakdown in PN junctions
Hi, So I could not quite remember what I had used for tunnelling terms in the model. So I had a look yesterday at the code and the manual that I wrote a couple of years ago, and the terms I put in were for tunnelling between two organic semiconductors, where I assumed charge could percolate from the...

Re: Modeling Reverse Bias Breakdown in PN junctions
Hi there, In which case it should be able to do that. In the electrical tab, there is a button called interfaces. You can set tunnelling there. There is also a "heterojunction tunnelling example" in the new simulation window. If you have any issues, let me know. At a push I could make a pe...
